Our vision
Dharmasetu is not a temple directory. It is a civilisational platform with the temple as its physical anchor.
The temple is more than a place of worship. In the Andhra Pradesh landscape, it is the oldest community centre, the first school, the permanent kitchen, and the only institution that has outlasted empires. Dharmasetu treats the temple as the physical anchor of a living civilisation — and builds services around it for every kind of seeker. The believer finds darshan. The philosopher finds yoga. The student finds texts. The sceptic finds debate and community. The farmer finds counsel. The NRI finds roots. The elderly finds purpose. No one is turned away. No one is irrelevant.
The four seekers
The believer
The one who follows the Vedas and sees the Divine in every stone, flame, and chant. The temple is their home. Dharmasetu ensures they always know where to go, what is happening, and how to participate.
The Samkhya philosopher
The one who accepts cosmic order but not a personal God. The yoga hall, the meditation space, and the silent grove are their ground. Dharmasetu lists these spaces and keeps them open.
The intellectual seeker
The one driven by questions, texts, and debate. The library is their sanctuary. Dharmasetu builds temple libraries, catalogues manuscripts, and connects seekers with scholars.
The sceptic or materialist
The one who does not accept the Vedic framework. The community hall — the debate, the Annadanam, the cultural event — is their ground. Dharmasetu welcomes them without condition.
The wider community
Sports and youth
Temple grounds host kabaddi, kho-kho, and martial arts. Youth teams are anchored to local temples.
Classical arts
Dance, music, and sculpture traditions are maintained through temple-affiliated gurukuls and festivals.
Farmers
Agricultural counsel, seed exchanges, and seasonal rituals tied to the farming calendar.
Students
Free tuition, scholarship networks, and exam-hall support organised through temple committees.
Women and SHGs
Self-help groups, micro-enterprise training, and cooperative kitchens run from temple premises.
NRI diaspora
Digital darshan, directed donations, and reconnections to ancestral villages and family deities.
Elderly volunteers
Retirees manage records, teach children, and serve as the institutional memory of the temple.
